Return policy

When you shop online at www.heartmade.dk you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Your right of return runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in multiple lots, the period runs from receipt of the last product.

How do I return?

If you wish to return goods, you must complete the attached return form.

For customers residing in Denmark, you have two options for returns:
1) Use the attached return label.When using the attached return label, DKK 60 is deducted. from the amount that is refunded.
2) Buy a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address: PBO A/S,

For customers residing in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden:
- You must purchase a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address:PBO A/S, Brunbjergvej 5, 8240 Risskov, Denmark

For customers residing in Norway, UK, Switzerland:
- You must purchase a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address:

- Please note that all applicable import taxes on returns from countries outside the EU will result in a charge of €20

Important information regarding your return

You must ensure that the goods are properly packed. You are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number.Note: We do not accept parcels sent COD.

When we receive the item, we check it and you will be paid back the amount you paid to us at the time of purchase. The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment with which you paid for the purchase.

Note: You may lose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product has deteriorated because you, for example,e.g. have used the product or the product is damaged while you were responsible for it. You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics and the way the product functions. If the value of the item has deteriorated, we deduct the decrease in value from the purchase price that you have paid for the item before you get the purchase price refunded.

If a different size, design or style is desired, please create a new separate order.
