IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please read the trading conditions thoroughly before ordering goods from the website.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods on the Website. The Trading Terms may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capabilities or in relevant laws and regulations), and therefore we ask that you agree to the Terms each time you shop with us. Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of the Website, any reference to "we", "us" or "our" means PBO-Group.

If you do not accept the Terms, you cannot order or purchase goods on the Website.

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 14 days of the day on which you or a third party named by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. Read more under "Right of withdrawal".

The Sales Act's defect rules apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the contractual nature of the goods. Read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods". 

 

ORDER

The online shop is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed for maintenance. We try as far as possible to carry out such maintenance during the night hours.

Under normal circumstances, PBO Group accepts and dispatches orders within 1-2 working days. The usual delivery time is 2-5 working days. There may be longer delivery times in connection with sales, public holidays, etc.

For deliveries outside Denmark, however, a longer delivery time must be expected.

When delivering to countries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties must be calculated, which are paid by the recipient.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase items on the Website and hold a valid credit card accepted by us. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.

We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for compensation or other costs:

*  Your payment information is incorrect or cannot be verified

*  Your order has been placed with the purpose of committing fraud etc. or submitted in connection with a criminal offense or other illegal activity

*  An accidental error occurs on the Website, e.g. a payment error etc.

*  We have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age

 

At what point in the ordering process are you bound by your order?

Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including delivery and invoice information or payment information. You also have the option to change the items or remove items from your shopping cart.

When you click "Buy and pay", a receipt will appear on your screen. From that point on, you are bound by the purchase agreement. Please read more under "Right of withdrawal". Please contact our Customer Service if you made a mistake when placing the order - they are ready to help you.

You receive an order confirmation in an email.

After the conclusion of the agreement, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.

 

AGREEMENT LANGUAGE

The agreement can only be concluded in Danish.

 

ACCESS TO THE AGREEMENT

You will receive via email a confirmation of the content of the agreement as well as a copy of these Terms and Conditions. We store concluded agreements, including the order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be available on the Website afterwards. Please read more under "Track your order and view history".

 

MEASURES AGAINST FRAUD

In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we may carry out verification checks. The verification check may include the data that you send when you order on the Website, including your address and payment information.

 

MEANS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following means of payment

*  Mobilepay (offered to customers in Denmark)

 

CHECK DIGITS (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))

If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's check digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, usually on the right side of the back of the credit card. The check digits are necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other corresponding security measures

 

PAYMENT PROCEDURE 

When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.

 

PRICES AND DELIVERY

All listed prices for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.

Costs relating to delivery, freight or postage may vary and are added to each order.

  

CURRENCY

The prices on the website are shown in Danish kroner when ordering from Denmark and in euros from other countries. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged for.

Please note that the change of country to which the delivery is to take place may have an impact on the price and delivery costs.

 

DELIVERY TERMS

Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. We only deliver to private and business addresses - not to PO boxes.

Your item will be delivered on weekdays, Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and which carrier is used. 

Please note that you bear the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you wish to complain about any errors and omissions, you must inform us of this, read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".

RESERVATIONS
In particularly busy periods (e.g. Christmas) longer delivery times may occur. This will basically be stated on our website.
We reserve the right to deliver to a delivery location other than the one chosen if the delivery location you have chosen is full. If this is the case, we will deliver your order to a delivery location chosen by the carrier

SEPARATE DELIVERIES

If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be required if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs for separate deliveries.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 14 days.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, but not the carrier, gets physical possession of the goods.

In the case of several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually (i.e. separate deliveries), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, receives the last item in physical possession.

In the case of an item consisting of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, but not the carrier, takes physical possession of the last lot or part.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement in an unequivocal statement - e.g. per e-mail.

The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

 

CONSEQUENCES OF REGRET

If you exercise your right of cancellation under this Agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the contractual right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.

We recommend that you save the postal receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post office/carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.

  

DEFECTIVE GOODS AND WRONG GOODS

If your item is defective or we have delivered incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service. Can you already ascertain the lack etc. at the time the carrier wishes to make delivery, you should refuse to accept the item.

In the event of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose between the following options:

Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all delivery costs when our Customer Service has processed the returned item,

Return the product and receive a similar product when our Customer Service has processed the returned product, provided we can deliver a similar product, or

Keep the item and request a proportional reduction of the purchase price

When you contact Customer Service, you must state the order number, possibly item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.

You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of a defective item or an incorrect item. We will of course refund the purchase price and the original delivery costs when we have received the item back, unless you get a new item to replace the original item.

 

OTHER CONDITIONS

Updating the website

We do our best to update the Website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. However, misspellings, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods can occur, and sometimes we discover that the price of an item is stated incorrectly.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure is due to events beyond our reasonable control.

 

COMPLETENESS OF THE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the complete terms of the agreement between us.

 

INVALIDITY

Should one or more of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions be declared wholly or partially invalid, the other provisions will continue to apply.

 

TRANSFER

We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement concluded with you to a third party. The handover is, of course, conditional on the standard of the service you receive not deteriorating. We will notify you of any transfer. By accepting these Terms, you consent to any such future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be asserted against the relevant third party.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We treat your personal data confidentially. Please read our Personal Data Policy, which explains how we use the personal data that you give us in connection with the ordering procedure and your use of the Website in general.

 

COMPLAINT ACCESS

  You are of course always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have complaints about a product you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted both by telephone, per email and per ordinary mail. You can find the contact information for our Customer Service under 'General information' above.

You can also use the EU Commission's online complaints portal when submitting a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms and Conditions is subject to Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
