Legal Guarantee & Warranty

<p>When shopping at Heartmade, you have a <strong>2-year legal guarantee</strong> in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.</p>

<p>The legal guarantee covers defects that were present when the item was delivered, including defects caused by circumstances that already existed at the time of delivery.</p>

<h3>Your rights</h3>

<p>If an item has a defect for which Heartmade is responsible, you are generally entitled to choose between having the item repaired or having it replaced with an equivalent, defect-free item.</p>

<p>However, your chosen remedy may be refused if it is impossible or would result in disproportionate costs.</p>

<p>If the defect cannot be remedied, or the item cannot be replaced within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may, depending on the circumstances, be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or to terminate the purchase and receive a refund.</p>

<p>Repair or replacement will be provided free of charge when your claim is justified.</p>

<h3>How to make a claim</h3>

<p>Please provide:</p>

<li>The item concerned</li>
<li>A description of the defect or problem</li>
<li>Photos showing the problem, where relevant</li>
</ul>

<p>We will then help you with your claim.</p>
