Return policy

When you shop online at www.heartmade.dk you have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Your right of return runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following business day. In the case of multiple items ordered in one order but delivered separately, or a product that comes in multiple batches, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

How do I return?

If you wish to return goods, please fill out the attached return form.

For customers residing in Denmark, you have two options for returns:
1) Use the enclosed return label. When using the enclosed return label, DKK 60 will be deducted from the amount refunded.
2) Purchase a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address: PBO A/S,

For customers residing in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden:
- You must purchase a return label yourself and return the goods to the following address:

For customers residing in Norway, UK, Switzerland:

- Please note that any applicable import duties on returns from outside the EU will result in a charge of €20.

Important information regarding your return

You must ensure that the goods are properly packaged. You are responsible for the package/goods until we receive them. So keep the postal receipt and tracking number. Note: We do not accept packages sent COD.

When we receive the item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method you used to pay for the purchase.

Please note: You may lose your purchase price, in whole or in part. This happens if the product has deteriorated because, for example, you have used the product or the product has been damaged while you were responsible for it. You are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product that is caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. If the value of the product has deteriorated, we will deduct the deterioration in value from the purchase price you paid for the product before you receive a refund of the purchase price.

If you would like a different size, design or style, please create a new separate order.

Vigtig information vedrørende din returnering

Du skal selv sørge for varerne er forsvarligt pakket ind. Du har ansvaret for pakken / varerne, indtil vi modtager den. Så behold postkvittering og tracking-nummer. Bemærk: Vi modtager ikke pakker sendt COD.

Når vi modtager varen, tjekker vi den, og du får udbetalt det beløb tilbage, du har betalt til os ved købet. Beløbet overføres altid til samme betalingsmiddel som du betalte købet med. 

Bemærk: Du kan miste dit købsbeløb, helt eller delvist. Det sker, hvis produktet er forringet, fordi du f.eks. har taget varen i brug eller produktet er beskadiget, mens du var ansvarlig for det. Du er ansvarlig for eventuel forringelse af varens værdi, som skyldes en anden håndtering, end hvad der er nødvendigt for at fastslå varens art, egenskaber og den måde, varen fungerer på. Hvis varens værdi er forringet, fratrækker vi værdiforringelsen fra købesummen, som du har betalt for varen, inden du får købesummen tilbagebetalt.
